FAIS full form in medical term is Female Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome. This condition affects sexual growth during puberty and before childbirth. The conditions can be identified through various symptoms, including persistent unexplained fatigue, diminished sense of well-being, lowered mood, and reduced sexual desire. FAIS’s diagnosis can be based on the signs in the setting of a low serum-free testosterone level.
