I had visited Dr. Ajaykumar T for a ortho consult for my mother. She was a patient who was suffering from slip-disk and compression in L4-L5 of spine.
I had to wait for 1.5hrs with no patient in the doctors chamber. I requested to change Doctor to the appollo staff(kochi) and on staff intervention we were called in.
So my mother has swelling on her knee and ankel which was due to the slipdisk and sciatic nerve issue. But this doctor gave no ear nor look into it nor look at Xray which I wanted to show. He asked for a new x-ray of ankel and knee. On receipt of x-ray, his finding was there was piece of bone cracked out of ankel. I then consulted Doctors in Mumbai. She is operated on L4-L5 and perfectly fine. The knee and ankel also has no issues, never had to do anything. I felt so sorry for Appollo for having such doctors who don't even know to look at Xray and listen to patients.
