(1) We visited this hospital.
(2) We were directed to emergency unit by Colonel R. K. Bakshi (Retd.) +91 9671735810, Director of Administration for Healing Touch/ Park hospital, Sultanpur Chowk, Ambala 134003.
(3) The short, brown skinned, young, female wearing eyeglasses , who claimed to be the in - charge emergency doctor, refused to provide any name or unique identifier, i. e. No professional accountability.
(a) She was Abusive, yelling at us, repeatedly interrupting (inspite of our multiple polite requests to her to Cease and Desist from doing so) us when we endeavored to answer her relevant questions.
(b) She was technically incompetent and refused to provide us a copy of the demanded original documents that she demanded from us, and we were ordered to sign.
(4) Our elderly relatives were treated inappropriately and disrespectfully, our relative's jewelry ring was stolen during x - ray scan (and Vice President, Mr. Jagmohan Oberoi, 93151 49022, 94161 46469, ignored our complaints).

The support- staff did not provide adequate time nor timely appropriate assistance to our elderly relatives, including (requested ) chair for sitting for us, nor address our relative's need to urinate.
(b)
The bed provided to us was filthy. Our Reasonable request for hygienic services was ridiculed and refused.

Colonel Bakshi acted as a defense attorney for the obnoxious and incompetent emergency doctor and other employees, who were exploiting Vulnerable Victims with their Misuse of Vested Authority and Abuse of Power, and enjoying the victimization of their evidenced Bully Tactics.

Colonel Bakshi ignored the complaints voiced by us. A similar attitude was also demonstrated by Mr. Oberoi.

The employees (including those seated at the emergency room desk) were more interested in chatting about personal matters amongst themselves, and pretending to be "very busy" (while actually doing tangibly nothing ), instead of prioritizing the patients and attending to them in a professional and respectful manner.

The emergency doctor was not interested in hearing appropriate relevant medical details for the patient, nor in listening to answers to her asked questions. She was technically incompetent and evidenced a bad attitude.

The washrooms were filthy. The male washroom had no water supply, and No visible signs advising patients about it either.

Employees and doctors did not display any clearly visible name- tags, wore no uniforms, Refused to provide any names or business/ visiting cards , i. e. No unique identifier, No Professional Accountability.

We were Refused a copy of our own signature and documents that we were asked to sign (to which we are legally entitled).

Voicing a complaint to Colonel Bakshi and Mr. Oberoi was useless; especially Colonel Bakshi who was visibly Dismissive (of our patients ' relevant concerns) and displayed an arrogant and unhelpful manner, refused to even listen and walked - off while we were still talking.

On a Balance of Probability, it is very likely that there may be other Vulnerable Victims of such evidenced Systemic Abuse of Power and misuse of monies in providing unsatisfactory and unacceptable medical services.
Therefore, it is also in the matter of Public Interest that our complaint should be satisfactorily resolved.
