My father is suffering from Kidney stone pain and two time visited Dr.Mahesh Nikam's Om Gurudev Hospital for the fitness procedure as my father have operation for the kidney stone.
In spite of this, Doctor was busy/not available, which is understandable and fine with us. However, at the time of our second visit, we were waiting for the doctor, at this time we had discussed this with our relative and decided to go elsewhere. However, the counter guy was very rude and aggressive and stated that you should have explained why you were going to the doctor in advance, etc.
This guy named Praful also had an aggressive attitude, threatening my father, which I recorded.
In other words, is this really the most effective way to treat a patient who was already suffering from severe pain during treatment?
