LUCS full form in medical term is Lower Uterine Segment Caesarean Section. This is a surgical procedure in which an incision is made in lower abdomen and uterus of the mother. Then the baby is pulled out from below.  LUCS is also commonly known as a low transverse cesarean section, as the incision is constructed horizontally around the lower part of the uterus.
